| Job Turnaround: |
|
Typical turnaround for digital printing is 3-5 business days. When calculating turnaround, only weekdays are counted. Turnaround time begins once we receive your approval on a print job. Approved proofs that are sent to us after 9:00 AM PT will have a turnaround count starting the next day. Approved proofs sent through regular mail will have a turnaround count starting the day we receive your mail. Job turnaround is based upon the entire square footage of your order. If finishing services are also requested, an additional 1-3 days are required at minimum. Work does not begin until all files needed for output are received. Include all fonts and support graphics so that your job is not delayed.

| Remember, turnaround times do not include delivery time to your site. Please allow additional 1-5 business days for shipping depending on your selected shipping method. Large-quantity orders may require extra time; please call for specifics. Rush turnaround must be approved prior placing the order. (Approval of rush orders depends on printer availability). |

As long as your scans do not exceed 150 dpi at final output size, no meg charges will apply. Megabyte charges of $2.50 per meg apply to images over 150 dpi. (For larger sized posters that will be viewed from a distance of 6 feet or greater, scans should not exceed 100 dpi.)
