| Approve Your Proof: |
|
• After you submitted the job your proof will be viewable online. You will need to go to "Proof Approval Page". Find your job by order number or job name and select the "View File" to view your print proof.
• Approve your proof immediately once you are satisfied with it.
• Remember, the turnaround time on a print job starts when we receive your approval on a proof. |

| Track Your Order: |

• All finished print work will dispatch based on production schedule established and followed by both the customer and the provider. Once shipped you will be able to track shipping of your order by following this link... "Order Tracking".
• Remember, turnaround times do not include delivery time to your site. Please allow additional 1-5 business days for shipping depending on your selected shipping method. Large-quantity orders may require extra time; please call for specifics. Rush turnaround must be approved prior placing the order. (Approval of rush orders depends on printer availability.) |
